FEATURES:

Easy Operation:

Buttons are used to control the performance of the form inking rollers and the form dampening rollers,

the supply of the ink and the dampening solution and the feeding process.

The three operation panels at different places around the machine facilitate the operation at any place

around the machine.

The position stopping device shortens the time for mounting and removing the plate.

Spraying mode of lubrication:

Press the preparation button before switching on the machine and all the gears and cams under the

cover of the main motor will be oiled automatically in spraying mode.

Accurate registering:

The front guide can be adjusted by a knob within + 2mm. The six front guides of the machine make

possible the use of paper size from A4 to the maximum size.

Wheel-type pull guide, which can be adjusted while running, secures accurate register.

Steady feeding:

In the front and the back of the head of the feeding device, there are 2 groups of suckers, with 2 each.

The angle of the first sucker and the height of the second can be adjusted separately, which secures steady

feeding.

Rotating eccentric swing feeding grippers are used.

High accurate reduction:

The 19 oil rollers are arranged perfectly and the amount of oil supply is step less controlled.

The machine has a small sized water cooled circulation device. A separate motor controls the continual

working of the damping fountain roller. The amount of water supply is step less controlled.

Double sheet inspecting:

The machine has the electronic anti double sheet device and the mechanical anti double sheet device

which is suitable for thick paper.

Easy installation of the DH66/NP system:

The number of printing units can be installed as a whole by sliding onto the press, which is easy to perform.

The maximum of vertically number systems arranged is 99 and horizontally arranged is 77.

Up to 18 across creasing lines can be run at one time.

The machine has the function of resin relief printing.
