QMY2 movable block molding machine is easy to operate and it can change mold to produce various specifications of hollow blocks and standard bricks. The power of it is 380 V and there is no need of plate. A production period can form 2 pieces of hollow blocks and only 1 person is needed.

It uses sand, gravel and cement as raw material, and can be added with fly

ash, slag, steel slag, coal gangue, ceramsite, perlite and other industrial

waste.

It can produce all kinds of bricks, such as exterior wall brick, interior

wall brick, tracery wall brick, floor block, dike dam block, and interlocking road blocks and roadside stone block.

This movable block molding machine works through vibrating of mold box

and each operating cycle can produce 2 pieces hollow blocks of 390 * 190 * 390 (mm). This machine can walk a straight line or turn around easily, so

produced hollow blocks can be put on flat ground directly. In this way, it saves

great number of plates needed by fixed block molding machine.
