OK-803 Type Toilet Tissue Single Wrapping Machine

1.Main performance and structure features:

(1)The toilet tissue packing machine is especially designed for the package of toilet tissue. It can achieve the process automatically from feeding, packing to side sealing. So that it averts the second pollution of hand operation in the process of package.
(2)The whole line consist of three parts; the material delivery part, toilet tissue packing part and side sealing part.
(3) Four servo motors, precise control system, flexible bag length cutting, easy operation and stepless-speed regulation.
(4)Double paper supporting devices are applied for fast film changing.
(5)Super large LCD screen with human-machine interface for intuitive operation, setting automatic inspection system, clear failure display.
(6)Stopping the machine in selected position, no sticking to the knife and no wasting packing film.
(7) High precision photoelectric cell correctly preforms color code tracking automatically for correct sealing and cutting position.
(8) It may select automatic connect film device.
