Material Data:

1. φ3.0 Perforated Stainless Metal P4 with 100 M/S.

2. This is used for Refrigerant compressors.

3. SUS304 Plate t=1.0 mm.

4. Perforated Metal strengthens the filter.

Description:

This is the combination of perforated metal and wire mesh. This type of filters are used for pump starainers (compressors) and the joints of mesh and guide plate need strength. So they need to be brazed with silver alloy.

The advantage of metal filters:

Metal filters are excellent for use in applications that will include continuous expoure to liquid or moisture, or where paper filters do not offer sufficient rigidity ro strength. In addition to outstanding durabillity, there are other inherent design benefits availabel with metallic filters.
