Nitya Oil Expellers are specially designed and manufactured providing robust construction. The performance of our expellers is the most satisfactory and efficient. It requires minimum space for erection, power consumption is very low and operation is very simple, even an unskilled operator can operate it easily. All kinds of seeds can be crushed as per details given below:

Some Features of the NITYA Oil Expeller are as follows:

• Bed: The earlier model having two stands have been replaced by a steel fabricated structure. This ensures better alignment of the machine and the vibration is reduced to a minimum. Oil collecting arrangement has also been incorporated in this structure thus avoiding the addition of an extra oil tank. The tin tanga body and cone body have been integrated to form a single joint body as on the gear box side. The Joint body is cast, machined and bored in one single setting thus giving perfect alignment. The chances of variations in thickness of cake are reduced to a minimum.
• Body: It is made from highly closed grained casting to ensure continued service without any vibration and accurately machined under the supervision of highly qualified engineers
• Gears: The gears and pinions are manufactured out of tested alloy steel to ensure smooth running of gears. Induction and oil quenching hardness is given to gears for long life. The gears are fitted in oil bath case for smooth running.
• Worms and Cage Bars: The most essential part of modern oil milling is the shape, design and material construction of pressing worms and their tested alloy steel to ensure their long life. Material for cage bars used is also of En series
• Bearing and GM Bushes: All imported heavy duty bearings, taper bearings, roller bearings and thrust bearings along with G.M. Bushes are fitted to give the machine long life.
• HEATING KETTLE : Both round and long heating kettle are manufactured as per the requirement of the customer and operation processes.

• TRIPPLE SHAFT PRESENT TO REDUCE THE LOAD ON MAIN SHAFT WHICH REDUCES THE ACTUAL POWER CONSUMPTION.

• Automatic seed and cake conveying system as Integral part of the machine.

• No foundation required for the machine, motors and side Pedestal.

• Two Stage Kettle for separately feeding of seed and cake for continuous operation.

• Totally enclosed oil filled gear box fitted with Helical tempered heavy duty gears.

• Low residual oil in cake.

• TripleReduction Gear Box with helical gears of cast steel and pinion shaftsof special steel. Gearbox is aligned with all the bodies on a singlefabricated base.

• Chamber is made up of mild steel for easy maintainance and is of length 44"

• Cake thickness can be adjusted on running Machine.
• Crammer Shaft for extra cramming of the Seed or Cake in the feed body is completely supported on Bearings.
