XQ140/20YB Hydraulic Tubing Power Tong

XQ140/20YB type hydraulic power tongs are applied for making-up and breaking -out 23/8 "- 3 ½" drill pipe, 2 7/8 "- 4 ½" tubing and 4 ½ "- 5 ½" casing in oil field wellhead operation. It is an opening designed tong . After being used in Jinhua oil and gas field in Sichuan Province ,the products have been recognized and with a compliment by Shell company and VAM company .It has the following features :

1, using multiple directional control valve, the main back-ups respectively control.

2. With door self-lock protection device, the door opened, tong does not rotate, realized the safety of operator.

3. The use of an extension leading bar and gantry back bar, to make the main back-ups clamp tubular and perform smoothly .

4. According to user needs, can configure disk sensor torque meter, witch accurately record the data.
