Evaporation at Negative Pressure section

Horizontal stainless steel multishell condenser used makes solvent recovery more, reduces the covered area thus reduces cost and investment. Vapor contactor used can reduce the load of DT condenser and increase temperature of fresh solvent and waste water let out. Boiling Tank used ensures that solvent content in waste water is reduced to bottom

Desolventizing section

Unique design of steampermeability tray ensures thorough contact between oilseed and steam. This can greatly reduce direct steam use and get good desolventizing effect. Temperature of secondary steam let out is low. Special discharging mode makes it is stable and even to discharge;

Water content in meal can be adjusted according to requirement. Color of meal is light yellow and there is no phenomena of meal linking;

A solvent collector is equipped at the outlet of secondary steam; the ejection nozzle sprays fresh solvent to vaporousness to collect the meal fines. No waste water containing organic substance is let out. Excellent speed-reducer should be chosen to ensure the relative equipment runs normally and stably.
