STRUCTURE FEATURE

1. The wall board with high-intensity unsplit base and 40mm thick contour bells strengthen frames is the foundation of steadily operating and using in long time.

2. The blanket roller uses three-spot floated bearing and pneumatic clutch,therefore, the pressure is accurate and reliable.

3. It uses external high precision bevel-gear transmission and the measure of walking shoulder iron roller which guaranteed the stable pressure transmission and roller steady movement, also guaranteed to print in a large range and the clear spots as well as tiny writing printing.

4. The whole machine uses the forced lubricating method,which guaranteed that the gear, the bearing and other moving parts to obtain good lubrication.

5. The whole transferring parts are composed of 15 ink rollers,including 4 ones beside printing plate with different diameters.The reaction speed is quick and the uniform ink effect is good. Not only the ink duct can be comtrolled partionally by ink duct keys,but also a separated control.The switching is separated for each other,which guarantees enough ink storing quantity and the ink supplying uniformity. The supply of water & ink are controlled by single power separately with the method of pneumatic clutch.

6. Using “Feeder” produced by specialized manufacturers and reliable paper transfer system enables transferring stably and precisely.

7. With semi-automatic printing plate installing,the printing plate can be adjusted axially and around,which reduce time of installing and adjusting the printing plate,also decreasing the difficulty for operator.

8. Water-feeding system has tracking function.The main machine’s rev changes while the water-feeding system’s rev changes at the same time.It enables the supply of lubricating printing plate liquid.

9. All information acquisition uses the digitized sensor.

10. Advanced CPC ink quality remote control system.(Optional)

11. The fault diagnosis system can show the cause of trouble quickly to reducing maintenance time.
