1) Frame of the machine:It consist of base, lathe bed,bracket, tilting oil cylinder etc. It can finish the tilting action.

2) Mould clamping equipment:Activing moulding board from left & right; and activing 4 guilding post double mould-opening system which is equipped with the bracket of mould, guilding post, guild bush, V type guild rail,mould clamping cylinder, constant-distance rod etc from left & right.

3) Downward core pulling equipment:It’s make up of downward core pulling cylinder, core pulling board, guild post, guild bush etc.

4) Auxiliary device:It’s make up of front buffer and back buffer etc.

5) Electric control system:Automatic control is constitued with PLC programmable controller, rotary encoder, touch screen, contactor switch, button switch, near switch of nontouching etc.

6) Hydraulic pressure system:Equipped with hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil cylinder, electromagnetic control hydraulic valve, hydraulic lock etc.

7) The equipment is equipped with mould electric preheating device
