NY series Torque Automatic Control System

NY series portable torque control system is an advanced torque signal treatment control recording system, it could measure, display, record and control torque during make-up pipe to assure the prime make-up torque, and keep every pipe joint makeup process drawing data in the memory for later inquiry.

1 Adopted tensile sensor for measuring torque.

2 Mating with electromagnetic valve in the hydraulic power unit, the makeup process could achieve automatic reducing speed to control torque, to protect thread and torque accurate control.

3 Adopted optical encoder and rotary encoder to record makeup turn number and rotation speed.

4 Suitable for torque measuring and recording both special thread VAM TOP,BGT1,FOX,3SB etc. and common thread.

5 Display, control and record makeup process data, and keep these data in the memory for later inquiry.

6 Suitable for working in a severe condition.
