Connected to the continuous ice-cream Freezer, the machine is specially designed for continuously adding the fruit particulars into ice-cream mix. The machines consists of a feeder, a rotor pump, a paddle, a blender and an electrical system. The feeder, the rotor pump and the blender is equipped separately with its own converter to control the operation speed.
