Six-station Automatic Extended Cold pressing machine

The body of the machine is molded with nodular graphite steel with good tensile strength and wear resistance.We take the V-shape design for the main slide table and take clamping plate at both sides. so we can guarantee the high precision and stability of the main slide table under the long term and high speed movement.

Take S-shape flange for blanking system, the cutting guide plate center is in consonance with the cutter drum center, and the cutting force can be transmitted at one line, which can get the maximum cutting force and most stable cutting.

The machine is equipped with pneumatic brake with flexible in-ching and convenient debugging.Equipped with automatic fault detector and security protection device, the machine can stop automatically when having fault.Install the non-return device for feeding, and so increase the feeding precision.

1.The bearing is used to assort the crankshaft and bed to ensure the flexible operation of adopted to cooperate the crankshaft, while the alloy brasses areadopted to cooperate the crankshaft with the percussion rod, therefore the percussion-bearing is high,friction-resistance is goodand the operational life is long.
2.Enlarging the eccentriciry of the crankshaft and lengthening the T-type slide and bed anc using the real stuffs, therefore it isespecially suited for the production of longer-shaped products.
3.Being cast by adding the nodular cast iron with alloy contained in the bed, therefore possessing high tensile strength and favorable wear-resistance.
4.The side of main slide adopts the adjustable design to ensure the operation accuracy under the long-term usage.
5.The cropping system uses the guide board to drive the cutting holder, and the guide board reciprocates and the cut off force transmits directly,which is kind of high-powered, stable and good dynamic balance. 6.Punch liftout system can be added to meet the production demand of the special fittings according to the recquirement.
7.Based on the products’ feature, stop gauge will be added to improve the feeding accuracy.
8.The stable,reliable and mechanical equipment will be added according to the requirement.

9.The pneumatic clutch brake apparatus will be added accordinci to the requirement to lessen the concussion, start the electric current and protect the electric appliances and motor.
