Qingzhou Haiyang Ore Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.was established in 1992. Over years of development, the company has been the largest production center of cutter suction dredgers, sand mining machinery and gold dredging machinery all over the country. To enlarge production, we have built Sea Leading Ship Machinery Co., Ltd. in Coastal Developing Zone in Weifang city, Shandong Province. With an area of more than two hundred acres, Sea Leading Ship Machinery Co., Ltd. owns blanking workshop, gold panning machinery processing workshop, machining workshop, anti-corrosion workshop, general assembly workshop, product debugging and testing center before ex-factory.

The products are of a great variety including 500—20000m³/h large scale dredging and sand mining equipments (which includes hydraulic cutter suction type, hydraulic bucket wheel type, mechanical cutter suction type and suction type),gold panning dredger, iron extracting dredger, iron extracting equipments, sand sieving machines, crusher, weathering sand producing lines(break, rinsing and separating). All the products are with different sizes for customers’ choices. We can also design and produce special types of machinery according to customers’ requirements.

3. Spares and images for river dredger vessel

This ship is a small type hydraulic controlled,assembling cutter suction dredger. It is used

for river channel dredging,canal and water storage dredging. The dredging devices are driven

by hydraulic, concentrate controlled. The main ship body is made up of three pontoons, which

can be assembled when using. The operator cabin is dismountable,which can lower the height

of the ship when maneuvering and allow the ship to pass bridges. When the ship is transferred

long way or passing not conjunctive water areas,the ship body can be dismounted and transported

by trucks or trains. The ship can be fixed with anchor casting pole,trolley.The cutter driving device

use lub oil and floating seal.

The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the reducing gear box.

The alternator, which driven by the auxiliary diesel engine supplies electricity for power and

lighting of the whole dredger.

Generator sets supplies electricity for lighting and emergency use when it doesn’t working.

Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; cutter bearing has lubrication seal-in units.

The dredger is moved by alternate swing of the spuds. The spuds are lifted by the hydraulic

cylinder.

The shifting winches, cutter ladder and lifting winch are driven by the hydraulic motor.

The hydraulic oil pump is driven by the auxiliary diesel engine.

Pipelines and floaters.

Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us or

themselves. If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater can be customer

made by suppliers. In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into 40" high container for shipping.

Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. Thats because pipelines can be bend for time saving.

Cutter head

For one cutter head, there are 5 blade, 6 teeth equipped on one blade. There is material Cr.

for easy-wearing proof.

Our cutter suction dredgers are designed by senior engineer, who have specialized in ship

building and dredging work for many years, to guarantee they are well-designed and practical.

Hydraulic system

The dredger are composed of five system: hydraulic system, electrical system, cooling and

fire system, flushing system, dredging power system, sand discharging system and starting system.

Assembly & Staff Training

Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training

your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.

Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the

high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make

sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.

Detachable Structure

The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or moving

from one working site to another.

We have two factories. Totally 30,000 square meters. One is located in Binhai Economy

Development Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially, Qingzhou

Factory is noted for hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang Factory is mainly

for cutter suction dredger painting, assemble, testing and dismantle for shipping.
