Introduction:

Non-PVC multi-layers co-extrusion film soft bag packing I.V has the characteristics of innocently, strong compatibility with drug solution, good isolating air and water, long keeping period, resistant high-temperature of 120°C, anti-low temperature and convenient transportation. In the process of infusion, there is no need to add inlet tube due to automatic contract of soft bag, eliminating the second pollution during infusion, recycling empty bag does not pollute environment. Non-PVC soft bag infusion has become the development trend in the international I.V sector. The Non-PVC line consists of the printing, bag-making, bag-feeding, filling, sealing which can complete the working procedures of lettering, bag-making, bag-feeding, filling, exhausting-filling, bag-outputting. It can also be equipped with auxiliary equipments such as soft bag transporting, sterilizing, leak checking, and lamp checking, etc.
