Printing station :

It includes three rows such as lot number, producing-date & term of validity; changing batch number does not need taking down the whole plate; changing heat foil membrane does not need tools, is fixed by pneumatic fixture.

Sealing station:

air, to avoid the grana pollution which come from the compression friction of the composite caps.

Outputting station:

The filled and sealed bags are transported by clamping apparatus; meanwhile remove no-required products. They are carried to the sterilizing procedure by belt conveying machine.

Bag mouth heat closing station:

Adopting preheat in advance and welding technique many times , let it to suiting for the plastic material and film material , and the user get more selection.

Bag Transportation:
Adopting isobaric constant theory, maintenance convenient and accurate filling .

Filling Station:
Adopts the principle of isopiestic pressure and residual current and the filling precision is high.
