This type grinding polishing machine is designed in order to achieve the NO.3,NO.4,hairline finishing with abrasive belts for metal sheet surfaces grinding or finishing or brushing or polishing (as stainless steel sheet aluminum sheet or coil). Single or multiple abrasive belts of variable grain patterns adaptable.

This kind of machine always Work with Conveyor bed, precisely up or down on 4 pneumatic spindles, Dust extraction funnels.

Max. working width include: 600mm;800mm;1000mm;1300mm or others

Working length: more than 400mm; working thickness: 0.5-30mm; feed speed: 5-30m/min

Metal sheet--conveyor bed---grinding machine---conveyors---film laminating machine(laminate protective film on the metal sheet in order to protective the sheet )--metal sheet.
