Parameters( influencing factors of UV LED Curing )
1.UV machine power: too high light solid energy will result in embrittlement of ink, too low light curing energy is hard to reach light solid effect.
2.Air Suction Device: LED chip also can produce a certain quantity of heat at thesame time of emitting ultraviolet light, making the temperature rise in the body.
UV light solid machine equipped with convulsions device over the LED chip, and the ozone produced in the process of curing will be emitted through the convulsions
pipeline, and thus achieve the purpose of cooling. When the substrates are too thin or low heat resistance requirements, light solid test can determine whethermeet the requirements.
3.Wavelength: 395nm band spectrum suits for general uv-curable ink ( not appliable to ice crystals, wrinkling and other special requirements of the ink). The lightcuring will be affected when UV machine have stray lights because of the effluence of LED chips.
So we advise clients do the light solid test first in selecting thecuring devices to know the wavelength whether conform to the requirements of the light curing.
