No Axle-type Electric Take-up and Pay-off Stand is designed for heavy wire spool applications as a supporting mechanism for a variety of large-sized electrical and mechanical machines. It consists of a pay-off stand, a creel stand and a take-up stand.

The left and right columns are driven by a motor to be tensed or loosen synchronously, and the upper and lower wire spool is proved with limit protection. The machine employs mechanical abrasion for achieving pay-off tension, with the creel motor tracing the take-up signals for synchronous rotation.
