Introduction ofspiral sand washing machine;

spiral sand washing machine is an artificial sand (including natural sand) washing equipment. It is widely used in gravel pits, mining, building materials, transportation, chemical industry, water utilities, concrete mixing stations and other industries in the washing of the material. spiral sand washing machinecan be divided into two types: GX type and XL type. Washing:

De-watering:

Classifying:
Material classifying is realized by overflowing the non-needed fines, the controlling method is adjusting height of overflowing weir and adjusting speed of screw

Work principle of spiral sand washing machine;

1.When spiral sand washing machineworks, motor through V-belt, reducer, gear to slow down for driving impeller slowly rotating.
