Roller barker is mainly composed of feeding device, discharge device, roller device, transmission system, chassis and other components. It is mainly used to remove the bark of the logging residue with smaller diameter of the logs and branches for the paper pulp,wood working and wood chips to make paper,wood chip board,particle board etc.

Operating principle
Firstly, put the timber into the roller and be sure to turn off the feed baffle, then start the motor. The roller runs clockwise. With the wood revolve in the machine, the wood will be contacted with peeling knife,then the wood peeling knife will remove the skin. About 15 minutes later, turn off the machine, open the baffle, and then start the machine and run counter-clockwise about two minutes, the timber will be sent automatically through the roller.The peeling net rate could be 95%.
