Casting Machine

1. Application

The Casting Machine is mainly used in blending the slurry, cement, calcined lime, gypsum and the suspension fluid of the aluminite powder which are poured into the tank according to certain proportion, letting the materials blend with each other enough to proceed chemical reaction sufficiently. Then it will send the mixing slurry into the mould. The blending intensity and time in the tank exert great influence on the quality of the aerated concrete bricks.

2. Structure Features:

The Casting Machine blends the materials in the way of the strong whirlpool which can destroy the diolame of the calcined lime granularity by the spiral starch in the tank. Meanwhile, the casting arm that can go up and down will adjust the height and avoid splash.

The Casting Machine can be divided intofixed type(included Floor-type and Suspended-type)andmobile type, thus it can meet various requirements of the customers.
