New type carbonization furnace

1.Brief introduction:

It is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quantity of heat consumption. It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, which also greatly increase carbonizing ratio, improve the quality of charcoal, and reduce the production cycling time ( from 24 hours to 6 hours). Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar.

Traditional carbonization furnace needs to crush the wood and press it into stick shape first,then put into carbonization furnace to make charcoal then,this new type carbonization needn't sawdust extruder equipment,can carbonized small wood chips directly.
