Sand Siever

A)This series of trommel Screens are widely used in processing minerals such as ferrous metals including hematite & magnetite and nonferrous metals including Lead, Zinc, Gold and Silver etc.

B)It is appropriate for screening various kinds of materials which are wet and easier to be blocked, such as coal, slaked lime, waste, refractory material, river sand and mixture of sand and stone

Sand Siever Working Principle:

After the materials are fed into the drum, the bigger materials flow forward along the inclination of drum and was classified through different mesh screens gradually. According to different sizing specification, the numbers of hierarchical level could be from one to four, the materials whose size is larger than the screen mesh of the last part will be discharged from the outlet. Classified small materials fell into respective bunker, and are delivered into finished product stack through manpower or belt conveyor. its movement is slowly and steady and installation is simple, sometime no need any special foundation and could be placed on smooth ground or floor.
