Function of Nail Making Machine:

To make the steel bar intohigh quality of iron nail ,rivet,body of roofing nail(asphalt felt nails, linoleum nails), cement nail and other special shaped nails used for high speed coil nail welder and coil nailer if we changed the stamping structure,nail mould and nail knife.

Flow of Production

1.wire drawing machine

draw out the big rebar into certain diameter which keep same as the nail you plan to make ,meanwhile the rust which attached on the surface also will be removed if you take our scrap steel bar style wire drawing machine or horizontal style drawing machine.

2.ail making machine

pre-set the length of nail you prefer , then use this machine to produce the wire nail .

3.polishing machine

to make the finished nail more bright ,notes thatadd some saw powder,paraffin,oil and other material in the machine when polishing .

4.metering and packing the nail with wooden box for marketing(You can also pull into the grid mesh cages, sheds, hangers, car baskets)
