Chromite sand separation Machine

This chromite sand separation system is used for regeneration recycling.It can pick up 95% chromite sand from silica sand in the foundry industry. Chromite sand.The chromitesand after purification is 80% of addition(Owing to part chromite sand produce pulverization and caking can’t continue to use)The content of silica sandin the chromite sandafter purification is less than 1%. The size of particles is up to setting of currentfoundry sandreclamation equipment(commonly35mesh~80mesh). The color is dark-gray. Apparent density is about2.8kg/L.Temperature tolerance is better than new sand. The content of chromite sand picking up from chromite sand is less than1.5%. The quality is same with current reclamation sand. Apparent density is about1.5kg/L.

The separation system of this chromite sand is made up of buffers sand bucket, sand addition quantity groove, permanent sorting device, level gage, vibrating quantity device, vibrating boiling separation groove, automatic induced draft dust collector, permanent separation device, vibrating screening, sand quantity device, chromite sand separation electrical system and non-standard steel structure (including connecting sand pipe, air pipe, storage sand bucket, air filter, waste bucket, platform, handrail, ladder and so on.
