1)Aggregate Batching System(Batching Machine)-- concrete plant batching machine is composed of feed device weighing system and electrical control system.The feeding device is arranged on line. The batching system adopts four sensors.

3)Mixing system for concrete plant The machine adopts JS1500 double horizon forced mixer.It introduce new techniques of Deutsch axile seal. There is four seals on the end of shaft, the service life is longer than other seal method, and reduce possibility of trouble and easy to replace and maintain. The liner and mixing blade of concrete plant is made of wear resistant alloys and advance the performance of wear resistant.
