High quality double girder overhead casting crane (5t-75t)

1. Introduction

QDY ladle crane special designed for a steel factory. We offer Hot Metal Ladle crane, which is technologically advanced, and high in functioning. Normally there are four beams and two trolleys assembled on the crane, laminated ladle hook is equipped on the main trolley for lifting the ladle, and Aux trolley is for overturning the ladle and other assistant handing. The electrical appliance is installed inside of the main girder with heat insulation device and cooling device, the crane can work efficiently under harsh conditions such as high temperature and dust-laden.

All parts of the mechanical and electrical equipment are designed so that they are easily accessible from permanent service platforms for adjustment, lubrication, inspection, maintenance and repair.

2. Technical Features

Design:“Zhongyuan Shengqi” brand double girder EOT cranes are manufactured and designed with ISO9001 2000, ISO9001 2004 & OHSAS 18001 certificate.

Motor:The 3-phase asynchronous motor can be smooth operation in intermittent, short-term, frequent starting, braking, and load condition in accordance with ISO9001 2000, motor can be set into variable speed as customer requirement. Insulation class F, IP 54 protection for hoisting.

Reducer:Wheel gear of hardened reducer is produced by carburizing and quenching with high strength low carbon steel alloy, high precision, efficiency, stable running, low noise, small volume, high bearing capacity.

Breaks:Independent Hydraulic Breaks guarantee the crane safe and easier to control.

Control:Pendant control, cabin control, remote control.

4. Warranty
