Application of Sand Making Machine:

This series of sand-making machine is suitable to crush and reshape the flexible,mid-hard and very hard materials. It is widely used in mining, cement, fireproof materials, carborundum, glass raw

materials, building sand, building stones and many metallurgy, slag industries. It is much more

professional than other crushers in crushing hard and anti-abrasion materials such as

carborundum, sintered bauxite, magnesite and so on. It is usually used as sand-making

machine in the sand production line.

In civil engineering, this machine is an ideal production equipment in producing building sand,

padding material, pitch material, concrete material.
In mining , it is widely used in technology in the early period of grinding mill. It can generate a lot

of pre fines, reducing high-cost load of grinding mill.

Working Principle of Sand Making Machine:

The material enters into the sand-making machine via feed hopper. It will be divided into two parts by distributor: one part of the material enters high speed rotating impellerthrough the middle of distributor and was rapidly accelerated in impeller. The acceleration speed can achieve as hundreds

of times as gravity acceleration, then the part material is thrown out from the three impeller runners.
