Main functions and features

This machine mainly contains seven parts:

Roll stand system, embossing system, printing system, longitudinal folds system, force feed system, transverse folds system, counting system

1.Roll stand system:support the entire bundle of raw materials, and operate with main machine, after installing the raw material, adjust the hand wheel of the axis on the raw material corresponds to the machine center of the center of raw material

2.Embossing system:mainly forms by embossing rollers, rubber rollers and flower.We can produce different pattern according to customers’requirements.

3.Printing system:can print two different colors of pattern, logo and telephone number, etc according to different requirements.
