COLD RUNING THE GEARBOX

Each transmission box shall be put into cold running for 5 hours, this is the first step to eliminate the inferior products and keep our poor gearbox rate under 0.01% .

ASSEMBLING LINE

l We have 2 assembly lines, it can promise our week production capacity of 1000 pieces;

l Additionally, we will bring in 2 advanced assembly line from Italy at the end of 2013 to strengthen our productivity.

OUTDOOR TEST

This is the location shooting for our machine testing.

l Each newly-designed and modified tiller shall be put outsides to test its performance liketilling depth, gearbox body temperature, hour productivity;

l Also, we technicians will test tillers in different season like winter and summer. This can promise our tiller can win perfect performance in different areas and different seasons.

PACKING AND LOADING

Normally, 40ft container can load 132 pcs of tillers.
