Usage:

The machine is used to cut an angle and weld a plastic spout on the cut automatically. It is suitable for the large pouches of drinks, chrysanthemum MSG, grape sugar powder, washing liquid, hand washing liquid and cosmetics etc.

Main Technique Features:

• Angle of the spout-welding can be adjusted from 17°to 45°, the angle-cutting and the spout-welding can be done at the same time.
• Max size of pouch can be 2200ml. (Special order is needed for the over size)
• Clear display, PLC control, easy operation.
• Double servo pouch supply guarantees the accurate position.
• Spout preheat and reduce the hot sealing temperature.
