Technical requirements

1 The equipment is manufactured, tested and accepted according to the technical condition specified in Steel Weld Ordinary Pressure Vessel JB/T4735-1997.

2Weld adopts electric weld, welding rod model is E4303, welding joint type and size are as per GB/T985.1-88, weld seam height is equal to min thickness of welded piece, flange weld is as per the requirements of flange standard.

3After manufacturing equipment, weld seam with coal oil to test leakage, filled with water to test strength.
4The equipment is installed on the smooth foundation.
5The front view expresses joint pipe height, top view expresses pipe mouth actual direction.

6The surface of the equipment is pained with two times of epoxy organosilicone anti-heat primer.

Applicable scope

The equipment has been applied in An Steel Group Engineering Technology LLC 8.24-2Chemical 42-1 Project.
