SH-8000B egg tray/fruit tray production line (brief)

Main equipment

1. Pulping system

Pulper, 5M³,55kw; vibration screen, 1.8m²,5.5kw; consistency controller;mixer; pulp pump;water pump,control cabinet for pulping system,etc.

2. Forming system

Consist of 6 pcs of forming platens and 6 pcs of transfering platen. Platen size: 1450 x 470mm. 4pcs of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on each forming platen(4pcs/cycle).There are 24pcs of forming molds and 24pcs of transfering molds in total. Forming efficiency: 33-34cycles/min;equiped with vacuum auto drain system, preheating system, auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto control cabinet..

3. Drying system

Outline dimension:21000x2120x4200mm;6 layers conveying chain;heated concentratedly;one burner with French or Italian brand;The energy for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil,Equiped with auto control cabinet.

4.Stacking system

The finished products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.

5.Height limit pressor

It will press and make the products more compact after stacking so that storing and transporting will be more convenient and cost-effective

6.Subsidary Equipments

Vacuum pump, 110KW/1 set; air compressing system: air conpressor(37KW/1 set),air dryer;air filter and air storage tank.
