Wood shaver

Introduction:Our wood shaving machines are special used to make the shavings used for beding of animals(chicken,sheep,pig,duck,pets etc) and wood pallets tray,particleboard, medium density board, wood fiber board,furniture factory ,wood briquette factory,pallet tray factory and paper industry etc.The raw materials can be the smaller diameter log, the small leftover material and construction waste.

I.Vertical Disc Type Wood Shaving Machine

This disc wood shaving Paring machine adopts wearresisting pad afterchromium plating process, flexible knives,stable knives with durable steel..Larger timber wood shaving and paring machine adopts the oil cylinder pulling system or manual type system,

which is available for customer's choices.

Disadvantages

This machine's cutting way is sidelingly cutting the wood,the wood veins has been cutted,normally used for small pet bedding like

hamaster,the feasibility of the shaving is not as good as the below one.

II.Horizontal Disc Type Wood Shaving Machine

This is a multifunctional machine,can produce two kinds of product.One kind is wood wool which is used for toy filling,wool board,cooling pad etc.Another product is wood shaving for animal bedding,shaving board etc.Its cutting way is following the wood veins,when the horse lie down ,will not easy to brocken,normally used for big animal bedding lick pig,horses.

Disadvantages

The wood has to be cuted into 148*98mm(diameter) stable size,then put into the machine.But we also can design the input size as customer require,and the cost should be calculate according customer's wood size.
