Brief introduction:

Vertical drying equipment, also called vertical dryer, is designed for the dehydration of briquette and pellet. It has reasonable design, high thermal efficiency, good drying effect and adjustable air volume.

This type of vertical dryer is made of steel structure; inner lining adopts heat preservation materials to keep warm; multilayer high temperature castings are adopted in the roaster;

There are vibration system, interception system, temperature control system and intelligent control system installed on some relevant parts of the machine; vapor and smoke are collected with the application of a draught fan and a cyclone dust collector.

Working principle:

1. The molded balls which contain much moisture are transmitted to the top by conveyor, and then they are evenly distributed on the top total cross-section by distribution device. Briquettes are on the operating rail, one side fall down slowly by gravity, one side go ahead heat change with strong wind.
2. The moisture which is evaporated from briquette is taken away randomly by the strong wind. The briquettes achieve intensive drying after two hours evaporation process.

Application:

1. Coal powder is pressed into shapes by briquette press machine; the moisture is usually at 12%-14%. After dried, the moisture can reduce to 2-4%, also can satisfy the request of hardness, storage and transportation.

2. On that basis, then through adaptability reform, the moisture can reduce to less than 1.5%; Also can dry briquetting,coal rods etc. Particulate matter.Vertical dryer is mainly used for some spherality or granular materials which contain much moisture, for making them reach the desired strength after drying.

3. Compared with the rotary dryer, the best feature is that vertical dryer can reduce the crash between finished products and barrel & lifting plate during the drying process, guarantee the final products failure reduce to the lowest level.

Economic characteristics:
