Multifunction Sand Proof Gas Anchor for Oil Well

1. Usage

Sand proof gas anchor is mainly used for sand control and air proof in pumping well which has high sand content and air content.

2. Structure and Work Principle

Multifunctional sand proof oil gas separator is mainly composed of cyclone solid-liquid separator and cyclone gas-liquid separator.

The mixture of oil liquid, gas and sand come in the tube from the bottom inlet and descend along with spiral surface. On the power of centrifugal force, some dense sand descend along with the outside of spiral surface, then enter the tail tube; gas-oil descend along with the inside of spiral surface, come into the inner tube then ascend from the bottom inlet, and then come into the cyclone gas-oil separator and the liquid ascend along with spiral outside, be discharged from the pipe and enter the pump screen pipe, air ascends along with the inner side then be released from the air valve.
