Heat exchanger consists of several pieces ofcorrugation stainless steel sheetswith holes.Corrugation of sheets is good for inordinate liquied flow and reducing the effect of pressure on the sheets.

The two different liquid will flow through these holes to exchange heat each other.

All thestainless steel sheetsare fixed between oneframe plateand onepressure plate, mounted by bolt and screw.

There aresealerson the sheets used to keep the runner sealed and allow liquid into the runners. The quantity of sheets is determined by theliquid physical featrues, pressure and temperature.
