Application:

The multi-ply conveyor belt (EP, NN, CC) is applicable under dry conditions with less than 16 degrees obliquity, they are widely used in conveying machine of coal mine, ports, metallurgy, eletric power, chemical industry, found, cement, etc.Conformance of DIN22102(German), AS1332(Australian), and JISK6322(Japanese)

Features:

The advantages of the belt are good elasticity, high strength, impact-resistance, flexibility and trough ability, and limited elongation.

Multi-ply conveyor belt (EP, NN, CC) is preferred for conveying powder, small or medium size materials with high speed in a medium or long distance.

High modulus low shrinkage canvas, supplemented by advanced technology, elongation rate can be controlled under 1%, and the belt won't appear long skid phenomenon.

The specifical moulding device can ensure the equal tension of each canvas layer , it greatly extend the service lifespan.

The adhesion between the layers extremely high can be reached to 10 n/mm ,which is much higher than the 4.5 standard requirement , due to top-class material and advanced technology; abrasion resistance of belt is excellent, abrasion ratio less than 180 mm³
