1. Description:

Based on sufficiant experience and practise, Moonbeam-1050C is orientated as the most sophisticated model and it's a combination of previous successful experience and new technology.

This is a type of machine with multi-function that is applied to water/oil-based, pre-coated film and glueless film lamination, relating to different kinds of material, like postcards, posters, books, flyers, outer packages, paper bags and so on.

- Oil heating system in heating roller, with high temperature to increase laminating quality.

A. Automatic feeding and overlapping system (total power: 3KW)

- With pre-stacking and non-stop feeding system, ensuring the continuity and steady of laminating process.

- Overlap precision ≤±2mm

B. Powder cleaning system (total power:2.3kw)

- Dry type powder-cleaner, consists of brush roller and heat pressing roller

- The feeding belt and sucking system runs steadily to keep material goes straightly.

C. Laminating system (total power: 56KW)

- Consists of gluing part, drying part and laminating part.

- Gluing part uses chroming roller, gluing precision ≤0.008mm.

- The diameter of drying roller in drying part is 530mm, and temperature is within 80°C. With strong heating air cycling, fast drying the film, and in the same time protect film from deformation and break.

- Heating roller uses internal oil heating, the diameter is 320mm. The rubber pressing roller is motor-driven hydraulic, the diameter is 250mm, maximum pressure is 10 tons.

D. Film separating system (total power: 6.9KW)

- With rotating blades structure. It works well with material that is over 128 grams, but for the one that below 128 grams, to ensure the effect, the working speed shall be lower.

- With anti-bending device for thin paper, can adjust the thin paper bending when separating.

- With double rewinding system for paper that below 128 grams;

- With frequency converter for speed regulation of separating system to ensure the synchronous speed control with main machine.

E. Collecting system (total power: 3.5KW)

- With non-stop collecting function
