Types of non-woven fabric filter bag

Polypropylene :Acid and alkali proof, tlimit temp is 90°C,non-woven fabric, filter range is 0.5-600μm.

Polyester:Alkali resistance, solvent resistance, limit temp is 160°C,non-woven fabric, filter range is 0.5-600μm.

Screen filter:absolute accuracy filter surface, 100%filter efficiency.

Main product as follow:

Nylon: Acid resistance, solvent resistance, limit temp is 150°C, single/multi-fiber web, absolute filtration accuracyis 5-1200μm.

Stainless steel sieve:

1.absolute filtration, heat and pressure resistance, able to work under repeatedly wash and very durable.

2.Absolute filtration accuracy is 25-1200μm.

3.Option material is 304SS and 316SS.

Multi-efficient filter bags

1.layered intercept assembled by polypropylene and polyester, can achieve absolute depth filtration. It can has 2-32layersaccording to your requirement.

2.The protect layer of nylon or polyester, can effectively intercept the non-woven fabric,avoid secondary pollution.

3.The accuracy is 0.5μm,efficiency is 99%.
