YKS400C series machine has the function of multi-color printing, corer, slotting, corner-cutting. It can be divided into paper feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit. It adopt chain feeding system, which is economic, easy operating. Printing unit adopt circulating ink system. The whole machine makes sure of the good printing performance. Slotting unit adopt high grade blade, and in-phase blade adjusting system. It is efficient and slots the board well.

Function and Character

1. Units can be separated by motor, and locked with pneumatic system before working.

2. Adopt individual pneumatic position fixed system. The gears’ position and adjustment is steady.

3. Adopt across slide design. The gears can keep steady when rolls are adjusted. This can ensure the printing precision, and prolong the gears’ working life.

4. Adopt automatic ink mixing system. When the machine stops working, the ink can still be circulating, and avoid the ink get drained.

5. Loading ink with diaphragm pump. According to the printing plan, we can adjust the quantity of ink loading.

6. The brush can clean the dust on the board before printing.

7. The quantity of cardboard can be controlled by electrical counter.

8. Alarm system: Before machine is running, the alarm will ring to make sure the safe production.

9. The gear transmission adopt circulating lube system. It reduce the noise of gear working and damage of gear.

10. Matched planet wheel phase adjustment structure, which can make machine can be adjusted printing location for portrait 360 degree whenever machine running or stopping, that can lessen adjustment time and improve production efficiency.

11.The axle are made by cast iron treatment, and it improve transmission stability.

12. clutch device on the worktable can save much time for adjust the size.

13. Slotter part adopt synchronization adjustment device, could do adjust four group blades in same time, make the board at steady position .save work time, and improve work effciency. meanwhile adopt 360 degree manual phase-adjustment.
