Installation Description

1.The machine must be flat and stable on the floor when fixed it. Opening the side cover and filling 30# machine oil to the reduction gears. Grounding lines according to the ground signs.

2.Check fasteners to see if there is any one become loose after the transportation.

3.Plug the power, test the positive and negative going motion. In normal cases, install the triangular belt and motor shield.

4.Check every oil hole to see if it is clear. After filling oil, and then start the machine.

Safety and maintenance

1.Operators must read the instructions carefully before operating the machine. Operate it according to the instructions strictly.

2.Inversion is forbidden.

3.You must check each part of machine before working to make sure all is normal. When breakdowns happen, is must be solve at once in case accidents.

4.Preventing the iron or other hard material mixed with flour to avoid machine parts damaging.

5.Used dough can’t put into hopper directly.

6.When machine is working, putting your hands into rollers, gears, chains, knives, etc is prohibited.

7.Make sure lubrication of all the rotating parts. Such as oil marks, oil cup, gears, chains, and each oil hole. Inject 20# -30# machine oil two times per shift. Add a little salt to the surface of knives and rollers.

8.When single group machine operating (60/100 model), open the clutch of cutting, dough mixing combination machine must under stop condition.

9.Making the machine idling for 10 to 15 minutes before operating. The room temperature must be above 10-15 degree when working in winter.

10.Keep clean the machines after working. No residual inside each roller.

11.Keep the gears and rolling bearings lubrication.

12.It’s forbidden to drop any sundries into rollers and gears.

13.Replace the bearing grease every six months.

14.Adjust the gaps of rollers to above 5mm is forbidden.
