Application

This production line is used for making the inner tube with rubber base tube valve, also can be used for common valve of bicycle and motorcycle inner tube production.

Structure

This line is mainly composed of cooling shrinkage dry, sensor length measurement &cutting device, automatic hole punching & Valve fixing device, both inside and outside release agent powder spraying device & Pick-up.
