1.Power system

Special power system from Dongfeng Commins engines, high torque reservation, low fuel oil consumption, easy to maintain, discharge and noise level meet national requirement. Use front axle and rear axle especially for motor grader, reliable power output and safety is ensured.

2.Speed changeable control system

Electrical and hydraulic controlled power shift transmission case from Hangzhou Advance Gearbox Group Co., Ltd. 6 speed forward, 3 speed reverse. Speed changeable operation system is controlled electricaly and hydraulicly, it means the speed changeable mechanism of transmission case is wet clutch, the connection or off of clutch is controlled by power oil; shift case with electrical controlled handle, easy , comfortable, and convenient to shift.

3.Driving axle.

Driving axle and balancing tank from Xuzhou Meritor Axle Co.,Ltd., easy to assemble, dismantle, the elasticity of chain can reduce the impact load of transmission parts between engine and wheels, ensure the reliable power transmission and safety, "NO-SPIN" differential mechanism which can lock and off automatically is fitted in the back axle. The inner and out plate with chain transmission in series is strengthened with good supporting stiffness. The grader can swing 15°up and down, make it have good adhesion in any bad road condition.

4.Brake system

Travelling brake is located in the output end of driving axle, full hydraulic two circuit system,

increase the safety factor of travelling sharply.

Drum brake which can compensate abrasion automatically, makes safe and reliable brake,

Stop brake is drum brake installed in the output end of gear box.

Two independent brake systems for travel and stop ensure safe and reliable travel.

5.Heat radiation system.

Special air flow and water tank design makes the motor grader work well in 40°C

environment

6.Cab

Special and innovative structure for cab, comfortable with wide view, dust proof, sound insulation, heat insulation, shock absorption, anti-ultraviolet. Inclinable console designed as human-machine engineering, adjustable seat ensure comfortable driving. Shock and sound absorption interior materials makes low noise in the cab. Heating or cooling system is optional.

7.Working system

Hinged frame, easy for turning of front wheels, makes smaller and flexible turning radius. The front chassis is strengthened box structure, rear chassis is frame structure with solid beam, so the structural strength is ensured. Balanced structure design and axle load distribution, can realize best push force and pressure for blade.

Full sealing and ball type rotary disk is suitable for any bad working condition, with smaller revolving force, less maintenance.

improved carbon structural steel for blade, increase the durability and shock resistance, alloyed spring steel blades after heat treatment have longer life.

8. Maintenance

Special streamlined covering with double wings style, covering pieces for big openings on two sides, easy to maintain.
