1 (1)Plastic Waste
The nation’s annual consumption of plastic is about 7 million tons. However, the plastic products will eventually change to be waste. The major way of processing waste plastic in our nation is to recycle and regenerate. The recycled waste plastic accounts for 60% or so. The remaining 40% has not been effectively processed, such as the food bag, hand bag, package bag, the recycled waste paper in paper-making factory, mixed plastic produced during package etc. It will take hundreds of years for the waste plastic to decompose naturally. Our planet will be covered with a ‘white’ waste layer if no work is done to treat the waste plastic, and our living environment will then be threatened. (2)Scrap Tyre
The rubber industry has been acting very important role in the national economy. However, the waste rubber is now polluting the environment more and more heavily. The annual waste tyre in our world is estimated to be 20 million tons, in which European Economic Community accounts for 4 million tons, USA 6 million tons and China 3 million tons. Assuming the caloric value of one kilogram waste tyre to be 40MJ/KG (comparable with diesel), we have actually wasted 20 million tons of crude oil if we made no use of it. Nowadays, the recycled waste tyre is less than 50% and there still remains more than 50% of waste tyre which could be disintegrated to be reusable material. If the waste tyre was used to produce oil, it would bring great economic benefits. Each tone of waste tyre can transform 45%--52% to be gasoline & diesel and produce 50-100 kg of liquefied gas. It can also produce 300 kg of carbon black and 100 kg of steel as associate products. It is therefore very economic to produce oil with waste tyre which could bring many benefits.
(3)Waste machinery oil
The large amounts of power machines in our country consume huge tons of machinery oil and different kinds of lubricating oil each year. A part of the waste machinery oil is recycled while the other is wasted, producing soil and underground water pollution not only, but also costing energy loss.
(4)Coal tar
Coal tar is obtained when the coal are dry distillated and vaporized. The low temperature coal tar with 21°Cfreezing point, less 0.93 of gravity is the best resources to extract diesel fuel. Especially, the coal tar with less 0.91 of gravity is the best one to obtain diesel fuel oil. And the mid-temperature coal tar can be used to get fuel oil as the raw material.
(5) Raw petroleum and heavy oil
Raw petroleum and heavy oil are the series of oil themselves, which are the good raw materials to extract fuel
(6)The crude oil from waste tyre and plastic waste are further refined to obtain fuel oil with good quality.
4.Technical Features of the High-efficiency Tower·Tabular Joint Oil Refining Machines
(1)High load capacity of the raw material, higher utilization efficiency of the equipment
A big Tower·Tabular Joint Oil Refining Machine can hold about 20ton plastic waste in the soften state, or about 30ton scrap tyre, or 40ton liquid raw materials. Because of the vertical construction, the whole volume can be 100% filled wholly. (Only 40-70% room are filled for the intermitted horizontal reaction kettle.)
(2)Exterior and interior heated together,higher utilization efficiency of the energy
Key point: the reaction kettle is heated internally through the cross-layers tabular reactor in the tower except the traditionally exterior heating way. Furthermore, the heated energy is repeatedly utilized through the directional-ring around the outside of the kettle tower and then ejected. This means of heating raises energy utilization one time than usual way, which just like a kettle is heated on the furnace while heated by the galvanothermy tube internally.

Raw materials are evenly and quickly heated so as to be accelerated to crack and the yielding efficiency is enhanced one time, which is occurred because they are heated externally and internally together, especially they are distributed into several small segments by the cross-layer tabular reactors.

The abrasion of the facility is eliminated, the longevity of the facility is extended and the leakage is overcome because the reaction tower or kettle is in static state while the raw materials are evenly blended and slags are automatically mechanically ejected in the bottom of the tower. This way improves the safety of the operation.
(5)Solving the twine problem, smoother slag ejection
The cracked slag fall into the ejector due to the vertical gravity and be ejected. The slag and steel wire are easier to separate. The slag are not twined at all when the raw material is scrap tyre.
(6)Non-night operation, less work time and fewer workers
For the large quantities of the load capacity and the high energy efficiency, it only takes the day time to crack about dozons of ton of raw materials for a facility. Night extra work does not be needed while the accidents happening in night due to the fatigue vanish.
(7)Continuous yielding facility available, better profit
This machine is fed raw materials continuously after the first maximum fed-in, yields oil automatically, ejects slag automatically, recycles the flammable gas. The vaporized reaction exists continuously when the crude liquid oil as raw material is re-distilled, and 40-100ton are vaporized when a pre-heater is installed, the efficiency of which is much better than the rotary and usual tower reaction kettle.
(8) Long distance heat avoid open flames, evenly heated, long serving life of facility
The long distance heating way avoids damaging the facility by the local high temperature heated. Temperature can be adjusted to the requirement and the source of heat can be powered off quickly which enhances the safety.

7.Environmental Assessment ofthe High-efficiency Tower·Tabular Joint Oil Refining Machine
Environment protection is highly emphasized with the increasing of worldwide protection concern. The environmental problems during the crack are the processes of dust, non-condensate flammable gas, the smog and slags.

(1)Dust removing

(2)Non-condensate gas(mainly C1-4)
