Agg. supply system

Agg. hopper: Three, hopper load width 3,500mm, the capacity of every hopper is 25 m3

Agg.belt machine: one

Incline belt conveyor, one

Intergradation hopper: one, saving weighing time, distinguish whether the stuff in it.

Filler weighting system:

Weighing hopper: one, fitted with anti-pump unit on the boom,

Feeding by pneumatic chute.

Water feed system:

Fitted with water pump, make-up water device, controlling water supply accurately.

Additive feed system:

Fitted with additive pump, controlling feed accurately.

Mixer:

SICOMA(China) twin horizontal mixer : capacity 4m3/batch , with 2×75kw electric motor, fitted with discharge gate controlled by hydraulic, having three points using as switch, convenient for loading the mixing-truck.

Mixing blade and lining plate: nickel wearable alloy cast-iron, replaced very quickly.

Metering system:

Agg. weigher : two set, 8×3000kg

Filler weigher: one set, 3×2000kg

Water weigher: one set, 3×1000kg

Additive weigher : one set, 1×100kg

Pneumatic system:

1.5m3/min air compressor, Including piping and pneumatic components.
