General Description:
XLR series oil heating device is an electric heater for lubricating oil, designed and produced by Wanmei Company. MODEL: XLR-100, XLR-200, XLR-300, XLR-500

Characteristics:
1 .There is high transmission speed, fast rising of oil temperature, even and constant heating.
2. There is perfect design, easy operation, heating temperature which can be preset in terms of requirements.
3. It is equipped with multiple protection devices such as protection device for preventing heating without oil, which will extend the service life of machine.
4. There is automatic control of temperature and flow rate.
5. There is compacted structure, small in size, convenient to move and easy operation.

Application Scope:

Maintenance

A. check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time
1. all the electric control apparatus
2. temperature controller
3. oil seals and motor couplings
4. clean filter elements, check pumps and motors
5. all the pipes for leaking
B. Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease
C. Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,
D. If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas.

Normally, we pack our machine with wooden cases. If you have special requirements, please mention that in advance. The main packing method:
Wooden case with waterproofing felt in side for airplane transportation & ocean transport.
