AMS Sawdust dryer

Precondition for pelletizing or briquetting, if the raw materials with heavy humidity which is above 12%, then a dryer is neededbefore further processing, This air current dryer can reduce moisture from 20%~50% to 8%~12%.

sensitive particular material as saw dust,rice hull,milled wheat straw,ground wood chip,wood bits, etc. Size: less than 3*5mm

Working principle:

In the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and materials suspending in air stream, the heat transfer surface between air and raw material is large, so the heat transfer rate is high.

It can reduce moisture from 40-45% to 8-12%.
