Main Applications: It is used for the printing of various of decorated roll materials, especially suitable for printing grainy facing such as floor, fireproof board, furniture etc. Using water based ink or oil based ink will both achieve a satisfying printing effect. Its also suitable for the printing of roll materials like Polyster paper, transfer printing paper, PVC, aluminum foil etc., which is now a perfect multifunctional mechanism for printing decorated roll materials.

Main Applications:

Mainly used for printing reel decorative paper with once-and-for-all PU coating on the surface. This machine can print 30gcoated paper as well as reel materials like Taibai paper and PVC ranging from 70g to 90g, thus specially suitable for wooden grain facing printing of various furniture and floors.

Main Characteristics:

1.This machine can be combined into 4 to 6 blocks of overprint types given usersrequirements.

2. One-off synchronous printing function including priming, overprint, PU coating and Huali paper.

3. Suitable for printing 30-90g polyster paper, PCV and Taibai paper with oil-based and water-based ink.

4. Touch screen interface; PLC programmable automatic control; computer follow-up overprint; observation through still frame.

5. Dual-shaft tower-type turnover feeding; high-speed non-stop synchronous reloading.

6. Shaftless roller clamp enables stable high-speed operation.

7. Applicable to printing with various drying mediums like firedamp, electricity, gas and oil heating sources.
