Main Applications:

It is used for the printing of various of decorated roll materials, especially suitable for printing grainy facing such as floor, fireproof board, furniture etc. Using water based ink or oil based ink will both achieve a satisfying printing effect. Its also suitable for the printing of roll materials like Polyster paper, transfer printing paper, PVC, aluminum foil etc., which is now a perfect multifunctional mechanism for printing decorated roll materials.

Main Characteristics:

1. The first , second and fifth color have the function of paper coating, and can also do synchronous printing.

2.Printing and paper coating are accomplished together, multifunction can be combined freely so that the adaptability is extensive.

3.Different drying paths are available when do single printing or printing incorporate with paper coating.

4.When coating PU, heightened vertical ovens are divided into four groups to control temperature, finally the ovens can be undrew to observe the paper coating surface.

5.The drying system accommodates various of heating sources, such as electricity, diathermanous oil, steam, LPG etc., from which users can choose at will.

6.Mitsubishi tension controller of Japan automatically controls Unwinding tension.
